Now that 2 GB of RAM has become quite standard for all high-end devices, it’s no surprise that rumours now suggest devices with 3 GB RAM. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III is one such device which is supposed to have 3 GB of RAM.

Galaxy-Note-3

As per rumours, the Samsung Galaxy Note III is expected to be powered by an Octa-core Samsung Exynos 5410 processor which would have a 2.0 GHz quad-core A15 CPU and a 1.7 GHz quad-core A7 CPU with a massive 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy Note III would feature a 5.99 inch fHD display and would run on the Android Jelly Bean OS. While it’s most likely that the device would come with a plastic body, there are rumours of Samsung looking towards material other than plastic for the device.

Expected Specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note III:

  • 5.99 inch display
  • Octa-core Samsung Exynos 5410 processor
  • 3 GB RAM
  • 32 GB internal memory
  • Google Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean
