Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim with 4.5 inch display and quad core processor unveiled in Brazil
Samsung is known for its numerous variants of the popular flagship. Just recently it announced the Value Edition of the Galaxy S3 and today the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim was unveiled.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim is apparently the budget version of the Galaxy S3, with the exact same design but slightly modified specs. The device has a 4.5 inch display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim has a 5 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. There is a small front facing VGA camera also. The device runs on the Android v4.2 with a 2100 mAh battery. The phone is currently unveiled only in Brazil and plans of a global rollout are not mentioned.
