Samsung Galaxy Star 2 Plus officially listed in India

A new Samsung device has been listed on the official Samsung eStore and you know the device we are talking about, it’s the Samsung Galaxy Star 2 Plus. The device is not yet available to purchase but the listing gives us the specs and the pictures of the device.

Samsung Galaxy Star 2 Plus

The Samsung Galaxy Star 2 Plus features a 4.3-inch WVGA (800x480p) TFT display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor, which is most probably a single-core one. There’s 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage with microSD expansion.

The device has a 3 MP rear camera with LED flash and apparently, there’s no front-facing shooter. It features a 1800 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz runs the show. In case you’re interested, it measures 129.7 x 65.9 x 9.4 mm. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, WiFib/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.

The handset is listed with the price of Rs. 7,335 and it should be available for purchase soon. The Galaxy Star 2 Plus is an upgrade to the original Star 2 but it will have a tough time competing the likes of the Moto E, which is available for a slightly lesser price.
