As expected, Samsung has now launched Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch in India for the smartwatch users.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch, which would be available in two variants – Gear S2 and Gear S2 Classic. The Gear S2 has a silicone band offering a minimal and modern design whereas the Gear S2 Classic has a Black finish with a matching genuine leather band for a premium look.
The Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch has a 1.2 inch circular Super AMOLED display with a rotating bezel and resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The watch is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory. The wearables come with IP67 certification for dust and water resistant. It can connect to devices using Bluetooth 4.1 LE and also has NFC support.
The Samsung Gear S2 is available in Dark Grey color with Silver case and sporty band, and is priced at Rs. 24300. The Samsung Gear S2 Classic is available in Black case with leather band, and is priced at Rs. 25800. Both the smartwatches would be available exclusively on Flipkart starting from today.
