Samsung launches Android based mobile Galaxy SPICA in India

samsung-galaxy-spica-sSamsung announced the launch of its Android OS based mobile Galaxy SPICA (I5700) in the Indian market. The Samsung Galaxy SPICA IS priced at Rs. 14,750. It come with inbuilt Google Mobile Services. It features an 800 MHz processor, 3.2” HVGA TFT full touch-screen, 3G and WiFi connectivity.

The new Galaxy SPICA offers social networking with location based GPS tagging, allowing users to update their location status as they interact with friends and peers in the social networking space. The phone can function as a scanner, metal detector, a mobile office and even as a Fitness trainer depending on the user needs.
