Search the web with pictures taken from your mobile using Google Goggles

Google Goggles is an Android based app which lets you search the real world by taking a picture. Goggles, uses image recognition technology to recognize objects and return relevant search results. You just have to direct your mobile’s phone camera and click a picture, and Goggles searches the web and gives you the results.

It identifies products, famous landmark, storefronts, artwork, and popular images found online and display the results to you within seconds. Goggles can translate pictures words of foreign languages into English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.

Goggles can also scan barcodes, QR code, scan text using Optical Character Recognition, Solve Sudoku puzzles and many other features. It can scan the photo gallery of your mobile phone and then display results that are available on the net.
