Snapchat has partnered with Square, a well-known payment service, to launch Snapcash, which is a friend to friend money transfer service. The service boasts of allowing a user to send money with just a swipe of a finger. Users would however also require to make a Square account.

The Snapcash service requires the user to add the debit card to the app from where the money is to be transferred. To send the amount to a friend, users need to type the dollar sign and the amount and then press the button. Snapchat has assured that Snapcash would not store the debit card information and would manage it securely.
