Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on GoogleTECNO’s POVA has announced the launch of its latest true wireless earbuds – the POVA AI Buds Pro, scheduled to debut in India on 14th August at 12 PM IST. The upcoming earbuds combine AI-powered productivity tools with premium audio features, including Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), multi-language translation, built-in recording, wireless charging, and long battery life. The POVA AI Buds Pro will be available exclusively through Amazon.in as an Amazon Specials product.
Unlike conventional TWS earbuds that primarily focus on music playback and calling, the POVA AI Buds Pro places a strong emphasis on productivity. One of its biggest highlights is AI Meeting Summary, allowing users to automatically transcribe and summarize meetings directly through the earbuds. The system is designed to generate concise meeting notes, making it easier to review discussions without manually taking notes.
Another standout AI feature is real-time translation support for up to 78 languages. According to POVA, users can translate conversations and even generate meeting summaries in another language – for example, converting notes taken in Hindi into English. The feature is designed for business users, students, and frequent travellers who regularly communicate across different languages.
The earbuds also introduce an On-Device Recording feature with built-in storage capable of recording up to 4 hours directly on the earbuds. A dedicated red Quick Note button inside the charging case allows users to instantly begin recording voice notes without opening an app, making it convenient for capturing ideas, reminders, or important conversations on the go.
For calls and voice recording, the POVA AI Buds Pro features an 8-microphone array, incorporating dedicated feedforward microphones, in-call microphones, and a Voice Pickup Unit (VPU). The setup is designed to improve voice isolation while enhancing recording clarity and reducing background noise during calls and meetings.
The earbuds also support Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with noise reduction of up to 48 dB, helping reduce surrounding noise in busy environments. Users can switch between immersive listening and clearer communication depending on their surroundings.
POVA claims the AI Buds Pro delivers up to 40 hours of total playback when used with the charging case. Charging is supported through both USB Type-C and Qi wireless charging, giving users more flexibility when recharging the earbuds.
Additional features include Dual Device Pairing, allowing simultaneous connections to two devices for seamless switching between smartphones, tablets, and PCs, along with an IP55 dust and water resistance rating for improved durability during workouts and outdoor use.
