Connectivity is one of the key highlights of the TECNO SPARK 50s 5G. You get 4×4 MIMO antenna technology, which TECNO claims can deliver up to 82% faster download speeds. The phone also features UPS 3.0 technology, designed to speed up UPI transactions by up to two times under the company’s testing conditions, particularly in congested locations such as basements, transit hubs, and crowded markets.
Another notable feature is FreeLink, which enables point-to-point voice calls, text messaging, and image sharing without cellular reception or Wi-Fi. Under line-of-sight, obstacle-free conditions, the feature supports communication over distances of up to 1.5 km. This could be useful when working across large areas such as warehouses, farms, and industrial sites where conventional network coverage may be unavailable.

The smartphone packs a 6,500 mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging. The large battery capacity is intended to support extended daily use, while 45W charging helps replenish the battery more quickly when you need to top up.
On the software front, the device runs Android 16 with HiOS 16. Smart features include AI Noise Cancellation for clearer voice calls across cellular calls, WhatsApp calls, and supported conference platforms. You also get Google Gemini integration for AI assistance and Circle to Search, which lets you search for items, text, or images directly from your screen.
