In an attempt to cope up with the increasing number of customers, Vodafone has introduced the pay through post office facility in Goa.
Vodafone India has partnered with the department of Posts in Goa for the launch of the pay through post office facility for its post-paid subscribers in Goa. The bill payment facility, which is being implemented through computerized post offices, is said to make the procedure simple, easy, secure and less time consuming for customers.
Speaking about the pay through post office facility, Ashish Chandra, Business Head, Maharashtra and Goa, Vodafone India, said. “We strongly believe this post-paid bill payment facility will significantly enhance the convenience factor for our valued customers, in remitting their monthly mobile bills. Post offices are spread across the state and through this partnership, Vodafone takes bill payment facility closer to home for customers living in the interiors of the state.”
