While we were expecting the flagship Xiaomi Mi 4 to launch in India towards the end of 2014, the announcement never came. Now seems like the company is gearing for the launch later this month.
According to sources, Xiaomi is expected to launch the Xiaomi Mi 4 smartphone in India on January 28. The handset, which was announced in mid-2014, is expected to be priced very competitively, just like the like the Mi 3. However, there is no word on the exact pricing but we can expect the phone to be priced less than Rs. 20000. The device would be sold exclusively through Flipkart with the heavily cursed flash sales.
The Xiaomi Mi 4 has a 5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by the quad core Snapdragon 801 processor along with 3 GB of RAM and is available in 16 GB and 64 GB variants. The handset is equipped with a 13 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 8 MP camera.
