Xiaomi has entered the Indian market with a bang – it has announced a slew of amazing devices that will leave you asking for more. But, its most amazing device, whch hasn’t even been announced in India as yet is the definitely the Xiaomi MiPad – the 7.9-inch tablet with a 192 core GPU and a quad HD display.

The Xiaomi MiPad is a breath of fresh air to an increasingly saturated Indian tablet market. It is something that goes past any offering from the likes of Sony, Samsung or Indian brands such as Micrommax. It definitely took my breath away, right from the first look. It will specially appeal to an Indian tablet consumer, who really needs a value for money device but hasn’t got too many choices from the available lot. The specs are beyond anyone’s wild fantasies and the tablets looks as awesome in reality as it does on paper.

I could not find a single thing I didn’t like about the Xiaomi MiPad. It was smooth as silk, although, if there is something I can point out, it would be that a quad HD tablet display wasn’t too far out from a full HD display. Nor does a 192 core GPU make too much of a distiction between the two.

You will only realize the difference if you play 2K videos on the device.

Here is one little snippet you might not get anywhere else: In our interaction with Hugo Barra, he indicated that the tablet might be headed for an Indian launch by the end of the year. Yay!
