As part of its mission to offer 4G services throughout India, Airtel has now launched its services in Sivakasi and Villupuram in Tamil Nadu.
Airtel has announced the launch of its 4G LTE services in Sivakasi and Villupuram in Tamil Nadu, where the company was the first to launch 4G services. The services can be availed over a range of devices including mobile phones, dongles, 4G hotspots and CPEs (customer premise equipment). Subscribers with a 4G enabled smartphone can upgrade to a 4G SIM at their nearest Airtel retail touch points.
Speaking about the launch, George Mathen, Hub CEO – Kerala & Tamil Nadu, Bharti Airtel, said, “As customers in India show an increasing propensity for consuming data services, we at Airtel are excited to take the lead in introducing the market to the power of blazing 4G speeds.
