With the increasing demand for affordable Android smartphones in India, Alcatel has now launched the Alcatel Pop Star in the country.
Alcatel has announced the launch of the Alcatel Pop Star, which is the company’s latest affordable smartphone offering. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Alcatel Pop Star has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2000 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support. The handset is priced at Rs. 6999 and is available in Metal Gold and Metal Silver colour options, exclusively from Gadgets360.
