Amazon was said to come up with something BIG this month and here it is. Amazon has launched the Kindle FIRE. It is a 7 inch tablet which has an IPS panel and Gorilla Glass coating making it scratch proof. It will run on a 1GHz TI OMAP dual-core processor and will have 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. The UI is much like of that built on Android but from the top it doesn’t seem like it. With Fire you will be able access All the Content–Over 18 Million Movies, TV Shows, Songs, Apps, Games, Books, and Magazines.  Users will also be able to access the Android AppStore but not that of Google’s Android AppStore. It is priced at $199.
