Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) had last month announced the launch of STV 786 on the occasion of Ramzan, Eid and other festivities for one month offering free calls, data and SMSes.
And today the pan-India operator has announced that the STV 786 has been extended for another 2 months for BSNL users to take advantage of.
If you are still unaware, STV 786 goes on to offer free Local and STD calls worth 1572 minutes to any network all over India. Along with this, BSNL will also offer, 786 Local and National SMS when any user opts in for this STV.
Oh and if you thought that was all, BSNL will also offer free 786 MB of 2G/3G data usage depending on which service you are currently under. All of these freebies under the STV will be valid for 90 days from the date of opting in for the STV.
The extension is for 60 days with effect from 25.08.2012 to 23.10.2012 and is applicable to only to users under the plans such as Saral Ananth Special, Per Second Plan, Per Minute Plan, General New, Student Special, Anbu Jodi special, Nesam, Nesam Special, New Nesam Special, Roam free & Jai Jawan Plans.
This extension is currently available in the telecom circle of Chennai and Kerala. Before opting in for this STV kindly confirm if it is available in your circle or not by contacting your local retailer or BSNL office.
