Competition in the Indian telecom sector has been getting intense with each passing day. We come across new tariff plans and revisions of existing ones at regular intervals. Well, amidst all this, state-run telecom operator BSNL too isn’t lagging behind, and hence, has announced a new ‘KOOL’ offer for its prepaid customers.
As a part of this offer, BSNL prepaid customers doing a recharge of ₹1099 will be offered unlimited local and STD voice calls, 100 free SMS per day, and, truly unlimited data without any speed limit for a period of 84 days.
Apart from the aforementioned benefits, BSNL prepaid customers doing a recharge of ₹1099 will also get free access to PRBT (Personalized Ring Back Tone) as a part of this KOOL offer.

This KOOL offer is available to BSNL prepaid users across all the circles. However, BSNL users will only be able to access Internet at 3G speed as the telco is yet to have a pan-India 4G network. However, BSNL has launched the 4G service in Kerala, but, it’s currently only available at select locations of Idukki district.
That said, this new offer should certainly give BSNL an edge over other telecom operators, especially Jio, who has the cheapest data packs available in the market right now. After all, no one is offering unlimited data without speed restrictions for 84 days to its customers.
