While the Nokia Lumia 1520 has started getting spotted at various locations around the world just ahead of its launch, the alleged final specs of the device have leaked.
According to sources, the Nokia Lumia 1520 would sport a 6 inch display making it the biggest Lumia smartphone till now. Also confirmed is the 1080p display resolution. The device would be powered by the superfast Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of internal storage. Obviously, the smartphone will require the GDR3 update of the Windows Phone 8.
Similarly the Nokia Lumia 1520 would feature a 20 MP PureView camera at the back which will be capable of taking a dual shot consisting of a 16 MP and 5 MP. The device would have built-in Qi wireless charging technology. The phone would be available in black, white and yellow colours.
