Fly Snap launched in India at an affordable price of Rs 2999

The beauty of Android is it’s available at various price points, which means makers have brought affordable smartphones at never before seen prices. Well, the Fly Snap smartphone is a brand new smartphone at an amazingly affordable price.

Fly, the UK based smartphone maker previously launched its Quik+ smartphone in India and now, the company has launched the Fly Snap. The Fly Snap features pretty decent specs, when you take the price into consideration. There’s a 4-inch IPS LCD display of WVGA (800x480p) resolution and it’s powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor with 512 MB RAM.

The budget smartphone packs 4 GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 16 GB. On the camera front, there’s a 5 MP rear camera with flash along with a 2 MP front-facing camera.

The Fly Snap comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 1500 mAh battery provides the juice for the device. The device is well covered in the connectivity department with Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS in tow.
