The thin and sleek Honor 5X looks much more premium with its metallic design compared to the Moto G Turbo Edition albeit, Moto G Turbo has an advantage over Honor 5X with its IP67 ratings and can survive under water. Talking about the CPU, the Honor 5X uses a newer generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 (MSM8939 v2) while the Moto G Turbo is using the previous generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939). Both of them is having 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage so, very close call here.

As both the smartphones flaunt a IPS display, the display on the Honor 5X is crisp and sharp due to its high-resolution full HD screen and thus better than the 720p HD display on the Moto G Turbo Edition.

The battery life is clearly better in the Honor 5X compared to the 2450 mAh in Moto G Turbo.
