While HTC had recently launched the HTC Desire 820 with an octa core processor in India, the company has now launched another variant called the HTC Desire 820s in China.
HTC has announced the launch of the HTC Desire 820s in China. Like the Desire 820, the handset is powered by an octa core processor, only this time it is a MediaTek processor instead of the Snapdragon processor. Other than that all other hardware specs remain untouched. The device has a 5.5 inch HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The HTC Desire 820s also has the same massive 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with a BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with the HTC Sense 6 UI. While there is no word on the pricing or the availability yet, we can assume this handset to be the budget variant.
