Adding a new smartphone to their Desire range, HTC has announced a new Android smartphone in Taiwan.

HTC-Desire-L

The HTC Desire L has a 4.3 inch Super LCD2 display with 3G support. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor with 1 GB of RAM and just 4 GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 32 GB using microSD cards.

The HTC Desire L has just a single rear camera of 5 MP with LED flash and BSI sensor for better low-light images. Though the Android version being used is not known, it is expected to run the Jelly Bean v4.1. The HTC Desire L is priced at around $366 but it is not known whether the device would be available outside Taiwan.

Specs of HTC Desire L:

  • 800 x 480 pixels resolution
  • 1 GHz dual core processor
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 4 GB internal memory
  • 5 MP camera
  • Google Android with HTC Sense 4.0
