Huawei Glory 4 powered by true octa core MediaTek processor may be launched on December 16

There have been quite a few leaks recently of a Huawei device with the new true octa core processor. While everyone believes that the device could be the Huawei Glory 4, the company has officially sent out invites for a launch event next week.

Huawei has sent out invitation for a launch event scheduled on December 16. While there is no mention of the smartphone that would be launched, the word Honor is mentioned on the invite. Interestingly, the Huawei Honor is also known as the Huawei Glory in certain markets, hence we can expect the unveiling of the Huawei Glory 4.

The Huawei Glory 4 is equipped with a 5.5 inch HD display. What makes the phone special is that it is powered by the recently released octa core MediaTek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage. There is also a 13 MP rear camera and a front facing 5 MP camera.
