With quite a few flagship smartphones expected to enter the Indian markets in the next few weeks, Huawei is also gearing up to launch the Huawei P9 in the country.
Huawei has sent out press invites for its upcoming event launch event scheduled for August 17. While the company did not specifically mention which products it would showcase at the event, we expect the flagship Huawei P9 to be launched. Sources in the know claim that the handset would be priced in the Rs. 40k range.
The Huawei P9 is well known for the dual rear camera setup which uses 12 MP sensors and Leica SUMMARIT lenses. The device sports a 5.2 inch full HD AMOLED display and is powered by the Kirin 955 processor. Also present is a fingerprint scanner on the back. We are eagerly waiting for the handset to launch in India and will keep you updated.
