The revised plans are divided into four country coverage tiers, allowing travelers to choose roaming packs based on their destination and travel duration.

Simplified International Roaming Structure
Jio has reorganized its International Roaming portfolio into four coverage categories:
- 132 Countries – Broad global coverage with short-term and annual validity options
- 100 Countries – Mid and premium plans with higher data allowances and inflight connectivity on select packs
- 75 Countries – Short-duration plans and higher daily usage options
- 6 Countries – Regional roaming packs available across three pricing tiers
According to Jio, the updated structure is designed to simplify plan selection while offering improved value for international travelers.
Higher Data Benefits Across Plans
One of the biggest highlights of the update is the increased data allowance across several roaming packs.
The 132-country portfolio now starts with a ₹1,499 pack offering 2 GB data, 100 voice minutes, 100 SMS, and 14 days validity, while the ₹2,899 plan adds 5 GB data, 200 voice minutes, 100 SMS, 30 days validity, and inflight connectivity. Jio has also retained its ₹2,799 annual roaming pack, which offers 3 GB data, 100 voice minutes, 50 SMS, and 365 days validity.
For travelers visiting 100 countries, Jio now offers plans ranging from ₹951 to ₹5,999, with data benefits increasing from 4 GB up to 30 GB, alongside up to 400 voice minutes, 500 SMS, and inflight connectivity on higher-end plans.
The 75-country portfolio includes a ₹589 one-day pack with 1 GB data, 100 voice minutes, and 20 SMS, while premium options offer daily data allowances or up to 15 GB data with 30-day validity and inflight benefits.
Jio has also retained dedicated roaming plans covering 6 countries, available at ₹1,555, ₹2,555, and ₹3,455.
Inflight Connectivity on Select Plans
Jio continues to bundle inflight connectivity with several premium International Roaming packs across the 132-country, 100-country, and 75-country portfolios, allowing eligible users to stay connected while flying on supported airlines.
With international travel continuing to grow, Jio says the refreshed International Roaming portfolio is designed to better match modern data usage by offering larger bundled allowances, simplified country-based coverage tiers, and longer validity options without increasing plan prices. The updated lineup also aims to provide clearer choices for both short trips and long-term international travel.
