Leaked Apple iPhone 8 cases accentuate bezelless design, on-screen fingerprint scanner
It’s no secret that the upcoming iPhne 8 will have a new design. Apple is going to celebrate its 10th anniversary with something special for its loyal consumers. Recent leaks have shown a huge bezel-less display by way of leaked images and an innovative on-screen fingerprint tech coming this year. But nothing makes it more clear than case manufacturers and sellers who consistently out cases that leak designs of new devices.
In this case, it is the UK retailer MobileFun. The case seller has successfully revealed iPhone 7 and Galaxy S8 designs in the past. MobileFun has listed not one but nine cases of the iPhne 8 on its website that are for sale. While the manufacturer of the cases is Olixar.
Looking at the cases, the takeaways are in line with recent accurate leaks. An almost true 5.8-inch bezel-less display with a cut out for just an earpiece and a front camera at the top. This also means that an on-screen fingerprint scanner is on its way. Moving to the back, the dual camera is now placed vertically along the top left corner. Apple is also expected to completely change the way to interact with notifications with a new ‘Function Area’.
The cases start from $12.99 (approximately Rs 850) all the way up to $31.99 (approximately Rs 2070).
