Lenovo Vibe K4 Note unveiled; Features TheaterMax technology

Lenovo today unveiled the Vibe K4 Note. The Vibe K4 Note comes with TheaterMax technology. According to Lenovo, TheaterMax technology converts multimedia content to make it immersive, allowing users to experience large cinematic screen when viewed from a VR headset.

TheaterMax technology allows you to watch movies, videos and games and experience great visuals and surround sound by wearing the Lenovo VR glasses. With TheaterMax, users don’t need a separate library of games and apps to enjoy immersive large screen experience as it converts all your multimedia and gaming content ready for consumption.

The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is powered by MediaTek’s MT6735 64-bit octa-core processor along with 3GB of RAM and Mali T720-MP3 GPU. It will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

It has 16GB of internal storage and external storage can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. It also supports the US-OTG feature, just in case if you need to make some quick file transfers.

The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note will be available for purchase only on Amazon India through flash sales. Registrations for the first flash scheduled on January 19, 2016 will commence from 3pm today. The K4 Note is priced at Rs.11,999, whereas the entire bundle which includes the VR headset as well will set you back by Rs.13,299. Although for first few flash sales, the bundle will be available at a price of Rs.12,499. The VR headset can also be bought separately at a price of Rs.1299.
