August will see the unveiling of many high end smartphones, starting with Moto X today. Another device in the pipeline is the flagship LG G2, which is expected next week.

LG-D802

The LG G2, which would be the first phone from the company under the premium G branding. The device is already rumoured to have high-end specs with a compact design. To add to it, we have the volume rocker on the back of the device, just below the camera.

The LG G2, which is said to be powered with a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and for the first time 3 GB of RAM, went for benchmarking and the results are impressive. The LG-D802 scored a massive 29909, which is almost in the 30K range on the AnTuTu benchmark test. The device with its 5.2 inch display with 1080p resolution, would certainly be challenge to the high end range of Android devices.
