We have already shown the likely design of the camera phone Sony is prepping and we also pointed out that it wouldn’t have the camera protrusion as in the Nokia Lumia 1020. Now for the first time we have clear photos of the device.
According to images leaked of the Sony Honami i1, the device maintains the design language seen in the Xperia Z series. The device will manage to maintain the slim profile figure with a good feel and better camera. The back of the device is flat with just the camera unit in the upper left corner, which is said to have a 20 MP Exmor sensor.
Interestingly the bottom of the Sony Honami i1 has a big speaker grill indicating the company’s interest in audio besides the camera. The device, though may not match the standard set by the Nokia Lumia 1020, would definitely be a catch for people interested in Android camera phones with a very thin form.
