Keeping up with the demand for its affordable smartphones, Meizu has now launched the Meizu m5s in China.
Meizu has announced the launch of the Meizu m5s, which is the upgraded version of the m3s with a unibody metal design and a mTouch 2.1 fingerprint scanner embedded in the Home button. The device has a 5.2 inch 2.5D curved glass display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa core MediaTek processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Meizu m5s has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a decent 3000 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.
