Micromax Canvas Gold with octa core processor leaked

With the Indian handset makers focussing on high-end devices to lure the customer base in the country, Micromax is apparently working on a high-end Micromax Canvas Gold A300.

The Micromax Canvas Gold A300, which is apparently an upcoming high-end smartphone from Micromax, is leaked. While we thought the device might have a gold plated body or back cover, the pictures reveal just the Micromax logo etched in Gold on the metal body. Sources, claim that the device would flaunt a massive 5.5 inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

The Micromax Canvas Gold A300 is supposedly powered by an octa core processor clocked at 2 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The device flaunts a massive 16 MP rear facing camera with LED flash. Further, there is also an 8 MP front facing camera. Lastly, the handset runs on the latest Android KitKat version. We can expect Micromax to announce the device later this month.
