With most of the Indian smartphone vendors releasing new smartphones running on the latest Android Lollipop, Micromax is also gearing up with the Micromax Canvas Play.
Micromax has listed the upcoming Micromax Canvas Play on the company’s official website. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas Play has a 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a massive 2820 mAh battery. The pricing and the availability of the handset are yet to be revealed. We can expect the official announcement in the next few days.
