MTNL (Delhi) launches Pay Per Second Plan

mtnldelhiMTNL Delhi has introduced Pay Per Second  Plan for both its Prepaid and Postpaid Subscribers.

Details of MTNL (Delhi) Pay Per Second Plan

  • Calls (Local or STD) to MTNL mobile/landline – ½ paise/Sec
  • Calls (Local or STD) to other Networks – 1 paisa/sec
  • Local SMS – 25 paise/SMS
  • National SMS – Re. 1/SMS
  • International SMS – Re. 2.50/SMS


MTNL’s Postpaid subscribers can avail above tariff by subscribing to MTNL’s 3G Jadoo Pay Per Second Plan. It has a Fixed Monthly Rental of Rs. 149
MTNL’s Prepaid subscribers can enjoy Pay per second tariff by recharing with STV of Rs. 45. It comes with validity of 365 days and talktime of Rs. 15
If you want to buy a new MTNL SIM then it will cost you Rs. 99
Conditions:

  • If the call charge for a call is in fraction of paisa it will be rounded off to next paisa.
  • This scheme will be applicable for 90 days w.e.f. 01-12-2009 to 28-02-2010.
