MTS MTag 353 with 3.5″ screen, Android 2.3, 800 MHz processor launched for Rs.5999

MTS India has today announced the launch and an addition of another Android smartphone to its existing range with MTS MTag 353.

The MTS MTag 353 has been launched closely after the launch of MTS MTag 352, MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 281 and Samsung Galaxy Y by MTS for users to opt in for.

 
The MTS MTag 353 arrives with a 3.5 inch capacitive screen with display resolution of 480 x 320. The smartphone is powered by a powerful 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
 
MTS MTag 353 is said to be the slimmest mobile in its category and arrives with a 3 MP camera on the rear and is powered by a 1500 mAh battery. MTS has bundled a 2 GB memory card with the smartphone which can be expanded up to 32 GB. The MTag 353 will come with 2 additional back cover (Yellow and White).
 
The MTag 353 comes with a pre-embedded MTS TV application allowing its users on the move access to Live TV with more than 100 channels. Users get access to almost 600,000 applications and games from Google Play (market).
 
MTS will offer all its new smartphones subscribers, free access to Mobile TV for 1 month from date of activation.
 
The MTS MTag 353 has been priced at Rs. 5999 and the FRC of Rs. 154 will give user bundled usage of which is as follows:
 
  • 512MB data at HSD per month for 2 months
  • 500 minutes of local +STD called per month for 3 Months
  • 1p/2sec Local + STD for 6 months

MTS MTag 353 is now available across India but please note that the market price of the smartphone may vary from circle to circle.
