Of late, Samsung seems to focussing on devices with display size greater than 5 inch. While we are expecting an affordable Galaxy Grand and Galaxy Note version at the upcoming MWC 2014, the company seems to be working on another similar device.
According to sources, a mysterious Samsung device bearing model number GT-I9405 has arrived in India for testing and evaluation purposes. The smartphone, priced at Rs. 32746, has a 5.5 inch with a single SIM slot. Based on the model numbers, this handset belongs to the Galaxy series but is definitely neither the upcoming S5 or Note handset.
Given the pricing of the device, we can again conclude that it is not a flagship but definitely is a high end device. While we have absolutely no details about the device, we can expect to hear some new rumors about the handset soon. And with Samsung set to announce new smartphones at the upcoming MWC, this could be one of them.
