New HTC Desire 816G with octa-core processor launched for Rs. 19990

While HTC had launched the Desire 816G in India late last year, the company has now launched the new HTC Desire 816G.


HTC has announced the launch of the HTC Desire 816G in India. The handset, which is the company’s latest phablet, is also the refreshed version of the Desire 816G. The device has a 5.5 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

The HTC Desire 816G has a massive 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with the HTC Sense 6 UI. The handset is priced at Rs. 19990.
