Nova Launcher beta app adds Android O features

Nova Launcher, one of the most popular launcher apps on Android has introduced some features from the Android O. There are two features in the Nova launcher used from the Android O operating system. The Android O is still not released and it is under development and released a preview at the time of Google I/O.

The features include a quick look at missed notifications directly from the apps on the homescreen. It is simply known as notification dots. This functionality allows you to see the number of notifications you receive right on the app icon. Another feature Nova Launcher include is the round search bar. You can customize the search bar like the Pixel Launcher with the date on the right and the Google icon on the left.

These features very similar to the ones that were presented in Google I/O showcasing the Android O. You can avail them from the Nova Launcher beta app. To opt for the beta version of the Nova launcher, download the beta version of the app from this beta tester link.
