NVIDIA has officially launched its GeForce NOW cloud gaming service in India following a three-month early access beta period. The service is now available to everyone without a waitlist, allowing users to stream PC games on laptops, smartphones, Macs, smart TVs, and supported handheld gaming devices.

The service is powered by local GeForce RTX 5080 SuperPOD infrastructure based on NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell RTX architecture, with membership options ranging from a free ad-supported tier to the Ultimate plan offering up to 5K resolution and 360 FPS gaming.

NVIDIA GeForce NOW

RTX 5080-Powered Cloud Gaming

The GeForce NOW Ultimate tier in India is powered by GeForce RTX 5080-class cloud gaming systems featuring the Blackwell RTX architecture. NVIDIA says the infrastructure delivers up to 62 teraflops of performance with a 48 GB frame buffer.

The service supports technologies including DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation, NVIDIA Reflex, and Cloud G-Sync. For competitive gaming, supported configurations can deliver up to 1080p gaming at 360 FPS with click-to-pixel latency of under 30 milliseconds.

Since games are processed on NVIDIA’s cloud infrastructure and streamed to the user’s device, GeForce NOW can bring high-end PC gaming to devices that may not have dedicated gaming hardware.

GeForce NOW Membership Plans In India

The service is available across Free, Performance, and Ultimate membership tiers.

The Free tier is ad-supported and offers one-hour gaming sessions at up to 1080p and 60 FPS, with standard queue access.

The Performance tier, priced at ₹999 per month, offers ad-free gaming, priority queue access, six-hour sessions, and streaming at up to 1440p and 60 FPS. It includes 100 hours of premium playtime per month.

The Ultimate tier costs ₹1,999 per month and provides access to RTX 5080-class performance, first-priority queues, eight-hour gaming sessions, and up to 5K resolution with frame rates reaching 360 FPS on supported devices and configurations. It also unlocks features including DLSS 4, NVIDIA Reflex, and Cloud G-Sync.

NVIDIA is also offering 24-hour Day Passes priced at ₹399 for Performance and ₹799 for Ultimate. Local UPI payments are supported.

More Than 5,000 Supported Games

GeForce NOW allows users to stream games they already own from supported PC game stores instead of purchasing them again specifically for the cloud service.

The platform supports more than 5,000 games through services and storefronts, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Battle.net, and GOG. Users can also link supported subscriptions such as Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft Connect.

Cloud Storage Options

Both paid membership tiers include 100 GB of single-session cloud storage for supported Install-to-Play games.

Users who want persistent storage to avoid reinstalling supported games between sessions can purchase additional cloud storage. Plans start at ₹299 per month for 200 GB, while 500 GB costs ₹499 per month and 1 TB costs ₹799 per month.

Early Access Member Benefits

Users who participated in the GeForce NOW early access program in India will receive a one-time 20% discount on the first three months of an eligible recurring membership after their existing early access pass expires.

NVIDIA will send redemption details to eligible users through email, with the offer available for a limited redemption period.

Availability

NVIDIA GeForce NOW is now officially available to users across India without a waitlist. Users can choose between the Free, Performance, and Ultimate membership tiers, along with 24-hour Day Pass options for the two paid tiers.
