The OnePlus 3 was spotted on Geekbench exactly a week ago with Snapdragon 820 SoC and 6 GB RAM. Now, the OnePlus 3 has made an appearance on GFXBench with 6 GB of RAM.
Last week, a 6 GB RAM variant had been spotted on Geekbench with code name ‘RAIN RAIN A3000’. A 4 GB RAM variant was also spotted on GFXBench with code name ‘RAIN A3000’. At that time, it was assumed that the model with code name ‘RAIN RAIN A3000’ which featured 6 GB RAM was a high-end variant of the model with code name ‘RAIN A3000’ which had 4 GB RAM.
But now, with the updated GFXBench listing, it seems that there will be two variants of the OnePlus 3 which will only differ by the amount of RAM they have. Both will be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC but one will feature 4 GB RAM whereas the other will have 6 GB RAM. All other specs are similar to what we’ve seen before.
