While the Google Glass has promised a lot, and is yet to deliver anything, other companies have already started prepping their wearables with exciting new technology. How about an exciting new pair of smart glasses that will let you use your hands as a keyboard? The Samsung Galaxy Glass might offer just that, according to a patent filed by the company.

Samsung Galaxy Glass

How the Samsung Galaxy Glass will do this is that it will use the camera on the device to type on your hands. Yes, we said on and not with. The augmented reality function of Samsung Galaxy Glass will let you use your digits as a virtual keyboard with your thumbs doing the typing, which sounds pretty rad.

Samsung states it went this way because voice controls are not too precise and get influenced by the environment you use them in.

Whether this will ever see the light of the day, remains to be seen.
