The patent-war continues between Samsung and Apple and this time Samsung has decided to be aggressive in handling all the legal battles that are on between the two tech giants. In a recent interview Lee Younghee, Samsung’s head of global marketing for mobile communications said that they’ll not remain “passive” and “respectful” towards Apple anymore.
Following this course of action, Samsung will soon file a prelimary injunction against sales of the iPhone and iPad in the Netherlands, citing infringement on four of its 3G patents.

We can only hope that all these legal battles settle soon and consumers across the world are able to enjoy the products freely and legally.
