While everyone is contented with the Sony Xperia Z1f because it is the only Mini version of a flagship to maintain the specs standards, new reports suggest that the display on the device is in fact better than the full sized device.

According to reports, Sony has apparently used better quality IPS screen on the Xperia Z1f as compared to the Xperia Z1. Hence the mini version is said to have better contrast and display quality compared to the Xperia Z1. Also the mini version is said to have better viewing angles. Further, the 2300 mAh battery on the Xperia Z1f lasts longer than the 3000 mAh battery on the Xperia Z1.

The Sony Xperia Z1f, though being the mini version of the Xperia Z1, has the exact same specs but with the display size reduced to 4.3 inches. While the Mini version is currently available exclusively in Japan, the international version of the device is expected to be unveiled on January 3 in China.
