After announcing the Sony Xperia Z2 at the recent Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, the company is all set to launch the device in India.
Sony has sent out press invites for a launch event in New Delhi on May 8. The event is obviously going to focus on the Sony Xperia Z2, which is competing with recent flagship like the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One (M8). The company has already opened pre-registrations for the customers interested in the device.
The Sony Xperia Z2 has 5.2 inch full HD display. The device runs on the quad core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz along with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. the phone flaunts a 20.7 MP rear facing camera with 1/2.3-type Exmor RS for mobile CMOS image sensor and a front facing 2.2 MP camera.
