UltraProlink has expanded its audio accessories portfolio in India with the launch of the UltraProlink UnPlug Wireless Guitar Transmitter & Receiver Kit. Designed for musicians, performers, and content creators, the new wireless audio transmission system eliminates the need for traditional instrument cables while delivering low-latency HD audio transmission. Compatible with a wide range of musical instruments and audio equipment, the UnPlug aims to provide a convenient plug-and-play wireless solution for stage performances, studio sessions, practice setups, and home entertainment.
One of the biggest highlights of the UltraProlink UnPlug is its 2.4 GHz wireless transmission technology, which offers a wireless operating range of up to 30 meters (98 feet). The system features intelligent 10-channel auto-switching technology that automatically selects the most suitable channel to minimize interference from nearby wireless devices and maintain stable audio connectivity.
The transmitter is compatible with a broad range of instruments, including electric guitars, semi-acoustic guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, electronic drums, electronic wind instruments, and digital pianos. The receiver can be connected to amplifiers, PA systems, DJ mixers, karaoke mixers, speakers, and other compatible audio equipment.
UltraProlink has equipped the UnPlug with support for 48 kHz / 16-bit HD audio transmission, ensuring clear and detailed sound reproduction with low latency for real-time performance applications. The wireless system is designed to provide a cable-free experience without compromising audio quality.
To enhance compatibility, the kit includes a native 3.5 mm connector along with a 6.35 mm screw-on converter, allowing it to work seamlessly with various instruments and audio systems. The transmitter and receiver also feature a 220-degree foldable connector design, making them suitable for instruments with angled output ports while helping protect the connectors from accidental damage during transportation and use.
The UnPlug is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery that offers up to 10 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. Charging is handled via a USB Type-C port, with the company claiming a full recharge time of approximately 2 hours.
The retail package includes a transmitter, receiver, 6.35 mm-to-3.5 mm converter plug, and a USB Type-C charging cable, allowing users to get started immediately out of the box.
Speaking on the launch, Pankaj Mirchandani, Founder & CEO, UltraProlink and part-time musician, said, “As a musician myself, I understand the challenges and limitations performers experience. Music is meant to be enjoyed freely, whether you’re performing on stage, jamming with friends at a campsite, or simply playing your favourite songs at home. With UnPlug, we’ve removed one of the biggest limitations musicians face — the cable. We wanted to create a solution that delivers professional-grade sound while giving players the freedom to move, perform, and express themselves without restrictions. UnPlug is all about making every practice session, jam, and performance more enjoyable, convenient, and truly wireless.”
