uninor-logoUninor has announced the launch of 9 Uninor Franchise Express outlets – across small towns and district headquarters of Andhra Pradesh. These branded stores will serve as a one stop service point for existing and prospective Uninor customers across towns with population of 50,000 to 1.5 lakhs.

The 9 stores have been launched in Kamareddy, Armor, Kazipet, Guntakal, Yemiganur, Hindupur, Sircilla, Sidhipet and Jagtiyal districts of the state. Customers can walk into these stores and avail anything from a SIM Card, Recharge coupon, Handsets/Accessories to Sim replacements, Caller tune activations etc.

These Uninor Franchisee Express outlets will be compact sized with an area of 60 to 100 sq ft.

Speaking on the launch of these special outlets, Mr. Satish Kumar Kannan, Business Head – AP Circle, Uninor said, “The idea of launching these compact Uninor retail stores is to reach out to customers across large and small towns of the state. We want to provide the same level of brand experience and customer service to our customers, their location notwithstanding. The Franchisee Express outlets are a part of our philosophy that we need to come closer to our customers, so that whenever a customer needs our services, we are able to address it effectively and efficiently in the least possible time. For us, it’s always been People First.”

Uninor, which launched its services in Andhra Pradesh a little over a year ago has established its presence across 23 districts, 500 towns and over 1500 villages in the state. Servicing the vast geography through 8 Company owned outlets, 32 Franchisee owned outlets, 9 Franchisee express outlets and with presence in over 360 Trade outlets – Uninor has plans of expanding Uninor Franchise Express outlets across many more smaller towns in the next few months.
