Viber, the popular instant messenger has just received a major update for its Windows Phone app. The Viber 4.1 update brings the much requested “Viber Out” feature and more.
In case you don’t know, Viber Out is the feature, which lets you make calls for free from Viber to Viber. You can also make calls through the Viber Out feature to other mobile numbers and landline numbers at lower rates than your mobile operator. You can check out the call rates in the app itself. You will need an active WiFi or 3G connection to make calls through Viber Out.
The Viber 4.1 update also brings the ability to send video messages, hands-free Bluetooth support. You can now also send multiple photos at a time.
