XOLO A500s Lite with support for 10 Indian languages launched for Rs 5499

XOLO has just announced a new smartphone aimed at the bottom of the smartphone market, the XOLO A500s Lite. The device has some decent specs for the price and there’s also support for 10 Indian languages. The device has been priced at Rs. 5,499. Let’s check out the specs of the device, shall we?

Xolo-A500s-Lite

The XOLO A500s Lite comes with a faux leather finish design, which should appeal to some people. The device features a 4-inch WVGA (800x480p) IPS display and it is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor with Mali-400 MP GPU. There’s 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB internal storage with microSD expansion up to 32 GB.

The affordable smartphone comes with a 3 MP fixed focus camera with an LED flash along with a VGA front facing camera. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is on-board and there’s a 1400 mAh battery to keep things running. XOLO A500s Lite features Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) functionality and the other connectivity options include 3G (HSDPA up to 21.1 Mbps; HSUPA up to 5.6 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, aGPS

The XOLO A500s Lite will come in the usual Black and White colors and as we mentioned, it is priced at Rs. 5,499. The device will go on sale soon.
