Add MobiGyaan as a preferred source on Google
Following its earlier announcement, Age of Empires Mobile: PC Edition is now officially available on Steam and the Microsoft Store. Originally released for Android and iOS in October 2024, the strategy title now expands to PC with desktop-optimized controls, enhanced visuals, and seamless cross-platform gameplay. The PC Edition allows players to continue building kingdoms, participating in large-scale battles, and joining seasonal events while taking advantage of improved graphics and a redesigned interface for larger displays.
Optimized For PC, Enhanced 4K Graphics
Age of Empires Mobile: PC Edition has been redesigned to better utilize desktop hardware and traditional input methods. Key PC enhancements include:
- Full mouse and keyboard support
- Enhanced 4K graphics
- Redesigned user interface optimized for larger monitors
Crossplay and Cross-Progression
The game supports both crossplay and cross-progression, allowing players to seamlessly switch between smartphones, tablets, and PCs while retaining their game progress. Players moving from the mobile version to PC need to link their existing account before launching the PC version for the first time.
To transfer progress:
- Open Age of Empires Mobile on a mobile device
- Go to Settings -> Account
- Select Bind Account
- Sign in using a preferred account
- Log in on the PC version using the same credentials
Once linked, all progress and account data will automatically sync across supported platforms.
Xbox Game Pass Rewards
Players with an active PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription can claim a complimentary in-game rewards bundle by logging into the PC version with their Xbox account.
