The initiative is aimed at making the after-sales service experience more transparent, predictable, and convenient for ASUS customers across India.
ASUS Part Price Checker: One-Click Spare Part Price Lookup
The ASUS Part Price Checker enables users to view genuine replacement part prices by simply entering their device’s serial number. The platform provides upfront pricing for compatible spare parts, helping customers estimate repair costs and make informed service decisions before scheduling a repair.
To simplify the process, ASUS has also included a dedicated ‘How to Check Serial Number’ guide on the microsite, allowing users to quickly locate their product serial number and access the relevant pricing information.

According to ASUS, the new platform is part of its broader ASUS Assurance after-sales program, which is built around four key pillars:

- All-around Coverage
- Added-value Services
The company says the Part Price Checker strengthens the Added-value Services pillar by providing greater transparency throughout the device ownership journey.
Designed to Improve After-Sales Transparency
ASUS says one of the most common questions customers have before servicing a laptop relates to replacement part costs, including components such as the display, battery, keyboard, and other hardware.
With the new platform, customers can check genuine ASUS spare part prices from home before visiting an authorized ASUS service center, reducing uncertainty around repair costs.
The launch also builds on ASUS’ recently announced initiative to expand the availability of genuine laptop batteries through ASUS Exclusive Stores and authorized channel partners across India.
According to ASUS, both initiatives are designed to improve transparency, accessibility, and long-term ownership value while encouraging the use of genuine replacement components.
